d. Creativity. This is the ability to come up with innovative solutions. Business people would often escape problems unscathed because of creativity. They have the ability to conceptualize new product, marketing method and sales strategy easily.
e. Leadership. Successful business people are capable of leading others. They are also good followers. They get along well with others and they are concerned about other people’s welfare.
