Business Transactions

The term ‘business people’ is classically defined as people who do business transactions. Business leaders and executives are the main actors most people know who does major or large-scale business transactions. Famous business leaders come from the different industry in the business world from the bottled water to real estate.
Business people are the people in the two parties that enter into a business transaction with obligations to perform their part. Usually, in businesses, the most common financial situations are that of a buyer and a seller, a manufacturer and a consumer or a creditor and a client. Usually in the form of a contract, business transactions are entered into by legally capable and knowledgeable individuals representing a legally recognized company or business enterprise. Any individual of legal age can also do business as they sign contracts in the more formal cases where they are in such as applying for credit, getting a loan and enrolling in a university.
Business transactions are actually financial transactions that involve the change of the financial status of a company, any business entity and an individual. Major financial transactions in any business enterprise are loans, purchases, mortgages, bank transaction or accounts, credit card purchases and debit card purchases. As an event that causes change in the financial position of the organization or its net worth from normal activities, business transactions are recorded on the general ledger.
In reality, any person enters into a transaction with the awareness that there are certain terms and conditions be followed by both transacting parties. There are expectations to be met by the parties involved in the accomplishment of the business deal or transaction. For example taking taxi to the office is a transaction between the driver and the passenger. As the passenger hops in the cab, he or she is expected to pay the amount fairly determined. The taxi driver on the other end of the transaction is obliged to ensure the safety and arrival of the passenger to the place or destination. In this exchange, services are paid for accordingly through a currency or money. Although in most cases and as the usual practice, money or currency is the general mode of payment. However, in other instances, exchanges may be made in kind or services and not necessarily in currency.
Business people as one might imagine them to be are not limited to close, airconditioned offices and cubicles. Perhaps people who sign in contracts are those purchasing in the market, applying for work or selling in the department stores. As long as there is a business, an organization to enter into agreement with, the capacity to provide accompanying services and the proper understanding of what one is getting into, people become business individuals. Even writers toward their editors or publishers are examples of this kind of people when they submit their works for publication and eventually get paid for their creativity. A protection of this right to one’s original works is in the code under intellectual property rights.
